Since 1902, the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) has been the authority on healthcare distribution. Each year, HIDA publishes three annual reports on the state of three key healthcare markets: acute care, physician offices and extended care (which includes skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, hospice and other post-acute care facilities.
